Plain Machine – Most of
the used plain machine practically I saw an oil tank pain machine. In oil tank
dust goes into the oil tank and mixed easily. Oil wasted early.
The semi-dry head machine is sealed with an oil tank. Only 250ml
oil is containing by the oil tank. Dust mixed up chance is very low here. Oil wastage
is also low here.
Oil spot increases the rejection of garment for knit. The Semi-dry
head plain machine gives no oil spot so no rejection.
Vertical trimmer plain machine – another name is edge cutter
– this machine is commonly used for collar making process.

is done by this machine. whole polo shirts bottom stitching is done it also cuts
the remaining fabrics automatically.
Flatbed with piping – sometimes we can see neck join and
sleeve join there is extra ribbon type of fabric, that is stitched by this machine.
Four Thread Overlock machine – Two-needle four-thread Overlock
machine is used to join side seam. This machine gives safety stitch. So side
join will never loosen until you deliberately try it to lose.
